Cho, who led the development of Korea's first space launch vehicle, "Naro-1," will provide advisory services for Unastella's space launch vehicle and launch system development. ㅇ Cho Gwang-rae is a leading expert in space launch vehicles in South Korea. Born in 1956, he earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in electronic engineering from Dongguk University. He joined the Astronomical and Space Science Research Institute, a subsidiary of the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), in 1988, and has been dedicated to space launch vehicle research since KARI's establishment in 1989.

ㅇ In 1990, he developed Korea's first solid-fuel rocket, the "KSR-1." From 2001 to 2013, he held key positions such as Director of the Space Launch Vehicle Project Office, Director of the Launch Vehicle Research Division, and Director of the Naro-1 Launch Promotion Division. He served as the 10th President of KARI from October 2014 to November 2017 and later supported the development of Naro-1's successor, "Nuri-1," as a senior researcher at KARI.

ㅇ Addressing Unastella employees, Cho stated, "The influx of talented individuals into the space industry and their contributions to Unastella's growth are significantly aiding national development. Continue to seek advice whenever necessary and keep learning continuously."
